Welcome to our lovely 1 bedroom apartment based in Praia Da Rocha. It is situated in the very friendly condominium of Castelos Da Rocha. A realistic 5 minute walk from the beach ensures you get a peaceful lie in if you need one as the noise from the "main strip" doesn't reach the apartment  However it  is close enough to the hustle and bustle to enjoy the nightlife. It is a classic Duplex with 1 bedroom, furnished and equipped to a high standard it has a fitted kitchen with a 4 ringed hob, mini oven , microwave and even a washing machine( not that you want to think about washing while on holiday). However we are certain it’s a very useful extra. With it’s own private parking space it provides good facilities for parking a hire car or for clients that are within driving range. The  apartment itself is based in a closed condominium with swimming pool ,gardens, and Tennis courts.

The apartment would easily sleep 4 people with 1 double bedroom and fold out bed in the lounge (we can also provide a cot/camp bed for children in the bedroom). The apartment was bought purely because we had stayed there twice previously on holiday. When we were looking for a holiday apartment to rent out we were certain we wanted one at castelos da rocha. We can provide transfers to and from the Airport at a reasonable price dependant on how many people are staying at the apartment.

We also live in Portugal and so therefore are always here to answer queries should they arise. We  can also be on hand for any advice or assistance etc making sure you get the perfect holiday you want and deserve.

Prices are as follows.
April - May £175 per week.
June £275 per week.
July £350 per week
August £400 per week.
September £250 per week.
October - November £175 per week.
