High-rated hotels actually have facilities that allow guests to keep up with their daily routines like running the treadmill, lifting weights, and many others. You should take advantage of this when you are on a holiday. As for your diet, keep in mind to order only what you are used to although it would not hurt to sample the local diet for one time.
